- Public transport is not included in your tickets.
- Your card can only be used once for each discount opportunity.
- The card is valid for 1 day (24 hours), counting from the date and time to be written on the card, valid for 2 days (48 hours) and so on.
- After exchanging your digital voucher for the Porto.CARD will be activated after the date and time written on the card indicating that you want to start using the card.
- If you've opted for the 2-day card, keep the 2 cards separately, or write on them in pen (day 1 and day 2) so you know which card has been validated.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 35 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

Porto Card is practical and cheap if you use it a lot, which we did. What is impractical is that you can't book it completely online, but have to exchange the online voucher for the final card on site.

The Porto Ticket enabled us to get around the city quickly by bus and metro. We also didn't have to queue at any ticket machines, which saved us time as well as money. You also get lots of discounts at various attractions within the city. However, most of these attractions had no indication anywhere that you could use the card. By asking, however, you could find out that you could get a discount, although a sign at the entrance would have saved you waiting time to ask for a discount. All in all, however, I would recommend the card 110%

If coming on the bus into Porto, you have to find your own way and pay for a train / bus into city centre to pick up the Porto card. This is ridiculous as the point is to not pay for transport once in the city.
